Here is yet another species of fossil fish from the Green River Formation of Wyoming which dates back the Eocene era when much of the area of Utah, Colorado and Wyoming was covered by a large tropical fresh water lake. This specimen is just over 18” long and 7” wide and is a member of the species “Diplomystus Dentatus”. The overall stamp tool is 14” x 28” with a slate texture.
