Protocolphon Positive

This unique stamping tool replicates the Procolophon “Trigoniceps” of the early Triassic period. The Procolophon was a lizard like herbivore with peg like teeth and is quite possibly an early ancestor to all the turtles and tortoises it subsequently died out during the age of the dinosaurs. The overall stamp tool is approximately 18” x 9” with the actual fossil image being 14” x 7”.
